Report on the activities of the Interact Club of Mishima High School, Nihon University

Thank you for always supporting interact club activities. It is very much helped to support the lunch box in the activity and the activity expense. The money we received will be used to broaden the range of volunteer activities. For example, at our cultural festival, we use cotton candy and popcorn materials for free so that even small children can enjoy them, transportation costs when participating in volunteers and workshops in distant places, and stationery fees for making posters.
Our usual activities at interact clubs in Mishima are volunteering at local festivals and events, calling for blood donations, and raising money to eradicate polio. In the instructor's workshop, we listened to reports on the activities of Interact clubs at other high schools, and we were able to improve the quality of our activities and get new ideas.
Through Interact's activities, we were able to learn about and interact with many warm-hearted people. When I participated in the blood donation volunteer in winter and during the polio eradication activity, the activity was very cold outside, but at that time, I was impressed by all the people who were really kind enough to let me stay out of the wind as much as possible, talk to me to relieve my tension, and tell me things I didn't understand. If I didn't join interact club, there were social issues that I didn't know and exercises to improve them, and I'm glad that I was able to get to know them. We will be in the third grade this year. As a high school student, I don't have a year to work as an Interact club. So, I would like to actively participate in activities so that I don't regret the rest of the year, and convey the appeal of Interact to my juniors.
Thank you for the Japan University Mishima High School Interact Club next year.
